Gerard has been a financial planner since 1993 and is the Principal of Verbeek & Associates, operating under the arm of Osaic Wealth, Inc. He is a member of Osaic Wealth's Resource Group, an internal, invitation-only, nationwide network of the top planners within Osaic Wealth. He is also a member of The Premier Partners Program which represents a superior level of achievement earned by financial professionals for their commitment to client service, professionalism and business production. Gerard has a broad range of clients including professional athletes, business owners, executives and retirees, for which he provides investment portfolio design, financial modeling and a special focus on income and estate tax reduction strategies. He also has small business experience outside the financial world: he grew up in Sarnia, Ontario, on a farm where his family raised livestock and operated 1,600 acres of land. Gerard has been married to Jennifer since 1994 and they have two daughters, Keelie and Kerrie, currently attending Washington College in Maryland and Colby College in Maine. He graduated in 1993 from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, where he also played 4 years of NCAA Division I ice hockey.
